The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall quality and timeliness of projects. This includes performing procurement functions, tracking costs, progression, and schedule. The PM makes sure that safety is the number one core value by ensuring all practices and procedures are done to client and company standard. The PM must have good working relationships with new and existing customers.

Hours: 10-hour shift

Responsibilities: · Follow and promote SC Safety Standards · Establish, develop and maintain relationships with local customers at plant level · Ability to follow and develop detailed job procedures · Adaptability to difficult situations at the spur of the moment · Working knowledge of all aspects field auditing including: personnel, equipment, JHA, project service tickets · Some mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills of commonly used equipment · Good understanding of water volumes, pressures and flows of High Volume/PSI pumping equipment · Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships · Partner with customer to understand business needs and objectives

Experience requirements: · 5+ years of supervisory experience in the Industrial Cleaning Industry, automated equipment experience a plus

Preferred Skills: · Interpersonal communication · Strong active listening skills · Professional presentation, confident in ability to promote service lines and manage work · Organizational skills—able to prioritize responsibilities · Sound decision making · Dependability · Strong leadership and coaching skills · PC Skills

Qualifications: · Class A CDL, (must be willing to obtain in first year of employment) · Ability to travel frequently and at a moment’s notice · TWIC Card – recommended · Clean driving record
