The Problem

Scale and other fouling debris internally build up in these units rendering operations to a fraction of maximum heat exchange efficiency. Did you know that 1/8 inch build up of scale can decrease the efficiency of a unit by as much as 25%!

In the past, these units had to be taken apart to be cleaned by hand, which meant the gaskets had to be replaced. This process was slow, expensive, and costly to plant operations.
